This traditional Norwegian hat is hand knit with our Icelandic yarn in a Dagmar Cross. The Dagmar Cross is a Byzantine-style gold cross that symbolizes the piety of Queen Dagmar of Denmark. It's considered one of Denmark's greatest treasures and is often given as a gift at baptisms, confirmations and weddings.

The naturally stretchy wool is shorn, spun and dyed in Iceland.
